Password manager is a self-service resource to change or reset your password, or unlock your account.
It is accessed via password.chi.ac.uk and can be used from any device, anywhere, including mobile phones.
Password manager features
- Reset password - if you've forgotten your password, or your current password is not working
- Unlock account - if your account becomes locked due to 3 incorrect log on attempts
- Change password - to set a new password if your current password is working fine
- Username recovery - to have your username sent to your personal email address
