If students are working in groups and you want them to submit as a group, you first need to set up the groups on the Moodle module page:

Extensions can only be granted by the Module Coordinator or Departmental Administrator.

To grant an extension to a student:

Assignments are submitted to the module's Moodle page.

The submission link will look something like this:

MATLAB is a high-performance language for technical computing. It integrates computation, visualisation, and programming in an environment where problems and solutions are expressed in mathematical notation.

Simulink is a block diagram environment for multidomain simulation and model-based design. It supports simulation, automatic code generation, and continuous test and verification of embedded systems. Simulink is integrated with MATLAB.

MATLAB and Simulink are available to everyone at the University.

Preparing your finished dissertation / thesis

If you would like PrintShop to print your work, please email your completed dissertation as a PDF with clear printing, binding, and collection instructions. Please allow at least 2 working days for your work to be ready. Costs are dependent on the number of colour / mono pages.

Before you start

• These instructions are for encrypting a USB storage device on a Windows computer, for use on a Windows computer
• When the USB has been encrypted, it cannot be used on a Mac
• The amount of time the USB takes to encrypt will depend on the size of the drive and the data already on it. You cannot turn the computer off or remove the memory stick while it is encryption.
