The Help site is a collection of self-help resources, covering topics such as

- Printing
- Accessing IT services on personal devices
- and much more
It is accessed at help.chi.ac.uk or from the link on Moodle / Staff intranet.
To find content you can either search the homepage
or browse the menu.
The homepage also shows service status
where details of planned IT maintenance and service disruptions are published. Please check service status on the Help site, Moodle or Staff intranet before reporting issues to SIZ.
