The Microsoft Immersive Reader is a free tool, built into Word, OneNote, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Forms, and the Edge browser, that implement proven techniques to improve reading & writing for people regardless of their age or ability.

SensusAccess

SensusAccess allows automatic conversion of documents into a range of media Illustrative image including audio books, e-books, and digital Braille, and can also convert inaccessible documents into a more accessible format.
It is accessed via help.chi.ac.uk/sensusaccess or alternatively from the SensusAccess Moodle page.

Video captions

Captions are available on any Microsoft Stream or eStream recordings using the CC icon. 

Please note recordings done in a live environment use machine-generated captions, the accuracy of these varies depending on the audio quality, topic and speaker, and therefore are unlikely to be 100% accurate.
