A screening is a meeting between you and a specialist Adviser that lasts up to one hour, during which time you will have the opportunity to discuss your difficulties. The screening is a way of identifying indications of specific learning differences such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD.
Our LRCs are the hub of our learning environment and we strive to provide a pleasant experience for all users, whilst maintaining a space that is conducive to study and research. This policy ensures that the core function and focus of our LRCs are maintained.

The Support and Information Zone takes customer service very seriously as it is important to us that all our customers are happy with the service they receive.

Charges, Payments & Fines
At the SIZ we hold a number of items for sale, as well as offering facilities for students to pay fines and top-up their print credit.
