What is a screening?

A screening is a meeting between you and a specialist Adviser that lasts up to one hour, during which time you will have the opportunity to discuss your difficulties.  The screening is a way of identifying indications of specific learning differences such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD.

Our LRCs are the hub of our learning environment and we strive to provide a pleasant experience for all users, whilst maintaining a space that is conducive to study and research. This policy ensures that the core function and focus of our LRCs are maintained.

All advertising and promotional materials must be provided to the SIZ for consideration.

The University of Chichester is dedicated to its Community Commitment Charter, which details the relationship between the University and its students and staff, with shared obligations to be considerate and respectful to one another at all times. It includes the promotion of an active learning and teaching community, the respecting of each other’s rights, and a commitment to be professional and responsible. At the SIZ we hold a number of items for sale, as well as offering facilities for students to pay fines and top-up their print credit.
