You must enrol before using these options by setting 4 challenge-response questions.

- Reset your password: used if you forget your password, it’s not working, or you want to change it
- Unlock your account: used if your account locks due to 3 incorrect login attempts

Alternatively, from the university website chi.ac.uk click 'Staff and student links' then 'Password manager'
Or, from a university PC or Mac, enter ‘help’ as the username, leave the password field empty, and log on then click ‘Password manager’
