When focused mailbox mode is enabled it will split your Inbox into two Tabs:
High priority emails are directed to the Focused tab, whilst low priority emails like advertisements and generic newsletter items are directed to the "Other" Mailbox:

Adding images to a slide is one the features of Powerpoint you will use most often.
You can contact individuals via Microsoft Teams to communicate by text, voice, video and share your screen. This does not require you to join a Team and can be useful for direct communication.
Microsoft Teams allows you to set up online meetings with up to 350 people.
Microsoft Teams is a tool designed for team communication and collaboration, combining chat, audio/video calling, file storage, and apps. You can use Microsoft Teams either from the Teams App or by using the Teams web version.
You will get the best user experience by using the Teams Desktop App this is installed on all university computers.

Calls can be logged to Estate Management via the 'Estates' link on the SupportMe home page, e.g. for reporting issues with power sockets, heating, plumbing etc.
Once your call is logged it will be forwarded to the appropriate team, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a call reference number to your university account.
