Upgraded SupportMe Overview


The SupportMe self-service portal was upgraded on Friday 5th April, the following help page explains how to use the new portal. 
 

SupportMe is a self-service portal for raising support calls e.g. IT Support calls, reporting lost property, requesting library books to be sent cross-campus for you etc.

Browser pop-up blockers

Pop-ups are web pages that are forced to open in separate windows.

Pop-ups may contain useful information; however, be cautious of online advertisement pop-ups or websites attempting to use pop-ups to install malicious programs or viruses.

* The Support & Information Zone (SIZ) operates 8:00 to 20:00 (midweek) and 10:00 to 16:00 (weekends) during semester-time. Non-semester, SIZ operates 8:00 to 17:00 midweek only. Our phone service may close 30 minutes prior to allow for a LRC shutdown/handover.

All opening hours listed outside these times are for self-service LRC access only.

** On Monday 18th November the LRCs will open at 8am and then continue to remain open 24/7 for the period outlined above.
