Log a call via email

The quickest method for logging a call is by email

  • Send your email to help@chi.ac.uk
  • Please mention you are an academic partner student, and which organisation you study at

Once your email has been logged, you will be sent a confirmation email including a reference number.

To update your call, simply reply to the confirmation email keeping the same email subject (containing your reference number).

To view the entire call history or recent progress of your ticket, please use the SupportMe Portal (section below).

Log a call via the SupportMe Portal

The SupportMe is a self-service portal for logging support call.

To log a support call, firstly log on to ChiView, click 'Support Me' Illustrative image then 'Request Support'. Illustrative image

From the portal you can

  • Log calls for a variety of subjects, including for IT and Library services
  • Track your calls - including ticket history and to view our updates
  • Update your call - including feedback of service
