With over 5,000 students and 1,000 members of staff, the University’s activities can have a large impact on our local and global environment. However, our activities provide us with many opportunities to create a culture of environmental awareness throughout our community, which will hopefully extend to the local community and beyond.

The default reply method in Microsoft 365 is reply all (which is different to the Outlook desktop client installed on University computers).

This guide will show you how change the setting from 'reply all' to 'reply' in Microsoft 365.

1. To change time zone for your Microsoft 365 account, you must first access your emails via mail.chi.ac.uk (otherwise known as the Microsoft 365 portal). 
2. From your emails, click on the settings cog. This is found of the top right of the screen on the menu bar and then select "view all Outlook settings":  

Upgraded SupportMe Overview

The SupportMe self-service portal was upgraded on Friday 5th April, the following help page explains how to use the new portal. 
 

SupportMe is a self-service portal for raising support calls e.g. IT Support calls, reporting lost property, requesting library books to be sent cross-campus for you etc.
