If you typed your password incorrectly three times while attempting to log on to the Partner Student Portal, then your account will lock. However, you can unlock your account yourself if you have enrolled on FastPass.
To unlock your account you will be asked two of your enrolment questions, rather then your current password.
- Go to https://fastpass.chi.ac.uk
- Choose the option to Unlock Account
- Input your username, you will then be emailed a link to your personal email address registered with the University
- Clicking this link will unlock your account.
