Wellbeing Mental Health Advice

The Wellbeing Mental Health Advice Service is one of our Health and Wellbeing services and is accessed through our Wellbeing pop-ups or by emailing Wellbeing@chi.ac.uk.

The Wellbeing Mental Health Advisers offer expert support and advice for all registered students who are experiencing mental health and wellbeing problems, such as stress, trouble sleeping, low mood or difficulty coping, and diagnosed conditions.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, support and advice is being offered remotely.  Please email Wellbeing@chi.ac.uk with your request and an adviser will contact you as soon as possible to provide help and support.
