The University's UinMind Mental Health Advice Service offers expert support and advice for all registered students who are experiencing mental health and wellbeing problems, such as stress, trouble sleeping, low mood or difficulty coping, and diagnosed conditions.
You can access the UinMind service through one of Wellbeing Pop-Ups for an informal chat. Drop in times can be found here and can also be obtained from SIZ. Alternatively you can contact UinMind direct by email: UinMind@chi.ac.uk
