iOS (iPhone/iPad)
How to check which iOS version you have:
- Tap Settings > General > About
- Then look under Version
Android
How to check which Android version you have:
- Tap Settings > About > Software Information
- Then look under Android Version
Apple Mac (OS X)
How to check which OS X version you have:
- Click the Apple icon in top left corner
- Then click About This Mac
Windows
How to check which Windows version you have:
- Windows 10 or 8.1: right-click the Start button then click System
- Windows 8.0: on your keyboard press Windows Key and D together (to put into desktop mode), then hover the mouse in very bottom right corner, and from the popup menu click Settings, then PC Info
- Windows 7: click the Start button, right-click Computer then click Properties
How to find out if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows
Windows 10 or 8.1
Right-click the Start button then click System
Then look under System Type and you'll see either 32-bit or 64-bit operating systemWindows 8.0
