If you have a device running Windows 10 S, you can only install Microsoft Office 365 from the Microsoft Store, rather than attempting to use a msi installer.
- Click the Windows icon (bottom left)
- Search for then open the Microsoft Store (Windows Store)
- Search for the product called Microsoft 365 Personal
From the results click Install (note: do not use the join button)
During the installation, authenticate with your University email address e.g. kweb1@stu.chi.ac.uk, and University Password
