If you typed your password incorrectly three times while attempting to log on to the Partner Student Portal, then your account will lock. However, you can unlock your account yourself if you have enrolled on FastPass.
To unlock your account you will be asked two of your enrolment questions, rather then your current password.
- Go to https://fastpass.chi.ac.uk
- Choose the option to Unlock Account
- Input your username, then enter the code that's displayed on the screen
- You will now need to provide the answers for two of your security questions (that you set up during FastPass enrolment)
- If you typed the answers successfully, you will see a confirmation message
