How much is the daily allowance?
You will have £9 per day during the week and £4.50 per day on weekends
Where can I use my card?
Cards can be used on both campuses at Otters Restaurant, Costa and Starbucks
What can I buy with my meal card?
All of our hot food, meal deals, coffee and all other products that we sell are available on your meal card
What happens if I spend more that my allowance?
If you go ove your allowance, you will have to pay the remaining balance with a debit card. You are advised to bring an alternative means of payment with you
How do I know how much I have to spend?
The till team will tell you how much money you have left on your student card after a transaction
What do I do if I forget my card?
You need to bring your card to every meal. If you lose your card, you will need to get a temporary one from accommodation before coming to the restaurant
What happens on weekends?
Costa is open from 11am to 2pm on Saturday and Sundaysm serving a range of hot items, sushi, ready-to-eat meals and meal pots
