Option 1 - if you have already registered your personal email address
- Log on to Staff Intranet
- Click ‘HR Self-Service'
- Log on with your university username and password
- Open the 'Personal’ tab from the top menu
- Look under 'Contact information' and check your personal email address is correct
- If you need to edit your email address click the edit icon in top right corner
- Edit your email address then save
- Please note: HR Self-Service and Password manager update each evening, so the changes you make to your email address may not take effect until around 20:30
Option 2 - if you haven't yet registered your personal email address
- Log on to Staff Intranet
- Click ‘HR Self-Service'
- Log on with your university username and password
- Open the 'Personal’ tab from the top menu
- Click the '+ add' button within the 'My personal details' section
- Click 'Add contact details’
- For 'Contact type' set the dropdown list to ‘Personal E-Mail Address’ and for 'Contact at' type in your personal email address
then click 'Save' at the bottom - Please note: HR Self-Service and Password manager update each evening, so the changes you make to your email address may not take effect until around 20:30
