By default, all users who have a chi.ac.uk email account can see other users' free / busy calendar information. To view this information, follow the instructions below.
Adding a calendar from the university directory - Office 365
- From your calendar, click on 'Import Calendar'
- Select 'from directory'
- Add the name or email address of the calendar you wish to add
- Select the calendar you wish to add and click 'Add'
- This will add the calendar to the list of calendars you are able to view
Adding a calendar from the university directory - Outlook Desktop
- From your calendar, select 'Open Calendar' on the ribbon
- Click on 'from address book'
- Type the name of the person whose calendar you wish to add into the search box
- Double click on the name of the calendar you wish to add and press 'OK'
- This will add the calendar to the list of calendars you are able to view.
