The International Student Advisory Service (ISAS) provides ongoing support and advice for international and EU students, both in advance of and while studying at the University. This includes:

  • Visas and immigration 
  • EU Settlement Scheme
  • Employment rules for visa holders
  • Schengen visa information
  • Home sickness/culture shock/welfare support
  • How to open a UK bank account
  • How to register with a GP (doctor) 
  • National Insurance Number
  • Police registration 
  • Trips to UK Destinations/ Self-guided walking tours/ local events and activities advice. 
  • International Academic and Language Support
