Exporting to PDF from Word, Excel or PowerPoint
Documents such as Word, PDF or Excel documents can be exported as a PDF. This can be useful for a number of reasons Including reducing file size, making the document small enough to be emailed as an attachment or for other reasons like compatibility.
Click File then choose Export:
Once in the Export menu, select "create a PDF/XPS document":
Browse to where you want to save the document, and click 'publish':
Converting from PDF to Word
Navigate to the PDF in File Explorer,
Hover over it and do a right click, Go to Open With and choose "Choose another app":
You can then select Word from the list of programs and apps:
The Document will then convert to Word, this may take some time depending on the size of the file.
