Listening to messages #
To access voicemail:
- Dial 6375 (voicemail number) and you will be prompted to enter your security code
- You will hear “You have x new messages and x saved messages”
- Press 1 to listen to new messages and 5 for saved messages
Managing messages #
While listening to messages you can do the following:
- Press 1 to pause/resume
- Press 2 to forward message
- Press 4 to discard/delete message
- Press 5 to save message
- Press 6 to review message
- Press 7 to skip to next message
- Press 00 for time/date that message was left
- Press * to exit/cancel
Note: Deleted voicemail messages must be retrieved straight away. Press 7 to retrieve. Once you have exited the voicemail system deleted messages cannot be retrieved
Remove incorrect “message waiting” status #
Sometimes when you’ve deleted all your voicemail messages, the status on the display still says: “Message Waiting”
To clear this, press the following keys on your telephone: #91#C

From outside the University
