There are Service Desks in both Learning Resource Centres (LRC) that can be visited in person.

Semester Opening Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.00 to 22:00
• Weekends: 10:00 to 19:00

Non-Semester Opening Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 16:30
• Weekends: Closed

No service is offered at times when the university is closed e.g. Bank Holidays

Self Service Portal

Staff and students can request services and report problems via the Self Service Portal.

• The Portal can be accessed by clicking on the 'Self Service' icon on the front page of Portia
