SupportMe portal

SupportMe is a self-service portal for logging support calls.
It is accessed via supportme.chi.ac.uk. Alternatively, can be accessed from the 'Support Request' link on Moodle, or via the 'SupportMe' link on Staff Intranet.

Logging a support call

Click 'Log a request' and follow on-screen instructions Illustrative image

Once your call is logged it will be forwarded to the appropriate team, and you'll receive a confirmation email to your University account with a call reference number.

Support calls can also be logged to Estate Management via the 'Estates' link on the SupportMe homepage. Illustrative image  e.g. for reporting issues with power sockets, heating, plumbing etc.

Track progress

Use the 'My requests' link to view, update, and track the progress of your support call. Illustrative image
