Your support call will then be directed to the appropriate team.

You can also use Support Me to:

  • View, update, and track progress of your logged support calls Illustrative image
  • Access the Help website and view the latest IT service status Illustrative image
  • View the University's Twitter feeds in one place

How to access

  • supportme.chi.ac.uk
    Alternatively, students access via Moodle Illustrative image  , and staff through the staff intranet
