The help website offers many guides on topics such as Wi-Fi, email, accessing resources off campus etc, and has a Twitter feed showing tweets from our various University accounts.
You can find pages, for example Wi-Fi guides, through the searchor via the menu.
The Help website shows service statuswhich gives details of planned maintenance on systems as well as information about current issues. It is a good idea to check there first before contacting SIZ.
