IT Provisioning Policy

The University operates a policy where employees are provided with access to a standard personal computer and software, together with access to network resources and printing facilities. This provision is fully supported and maintained by IT Services and is based on a desktop machine running Microsoft Windows.

New members of staff will be included in this provision in time for their start date provided IT Services has been given notice of at least two weeks.

If you require any IT equipment outside this remit then please complete an IT Provisioning Policy Form (see below) and email it to itservicedesk@chi.ac.uk.
