FastPass

FastPass is our password management system, which will enable you to:

 
  • Change your password
  • Reset your password (if you forget it)
  • Unlock your account (if it becomes locked due to 3 incorrect password attempts)
Before you can use these features you must enrol on FastPass, setting 4 security questions and answers. Then in future when you try to reset your password or unlock your account, you will have to provide 2 of your security answers.
 
Please enrol on FastPass now, by going to:

If you forget your password off-campus, you can reset it by following the FastPass link on the Portia login page:
 
If you forget your password on-campus, you can login to a Windows 7 machine with the Username "help" and no password, then click FastPass from there.
